Hi there! My name is Olga-Lucia, and I’m deeply passionate about understanding how our brains, thoughts, and emotions interplay to shape our wellbeing. As a Cognitive Neuroscientist, Psychotherapist, Coach, and Mindfulness Teacher based in Sydney, I am dedicated to integrating my knowledge and skills to create personalized programs that enhance mental health and wellbeing for both individuals and organizations.

The effec I feel is a stronger sensation of being grounded, present and calm. Especially beneficial for me was a technique she taught me for emotional awareness and self regulation. A big plus in my opinion is that Lucia tailors the coaching to your Individual needs, adding techniques from acceptance and commitment therapy or cognitive behavioural therapy. You can tell she is trained in various fields and highly competent.
