Anxiety Relief
Anxiety goes beyond occasional worry or fear; it can be a persistent, overwhelming presence that interferes with daily activities. There are different forms of anxiety, each with its own range of signs and symptoms. These include Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), characterized by chronic anxiety, exaggerated worry, and tension, as well as Social Anxiety Disorder, where everyday social interactions cause irrational anxiety, fear, self-consciousness, and embarrassment. Other forms include panic disorder and specific phobias.
