1 hour of 1:1 standard coaching session online
For standard coaching, a minimum of 4 sessions is advised. During these sessions, we work on learning research-based strategies to induce psychological and behavioral changes that will help you to succeed in a certain situation or area of life.
Topics that can be treated during this type of session include (but are not limited to):
- Anxiety and Worry
- Increasing Self-Esteem and Self-Confidence
- Managing Difficult Emotions
- Personal Growth (know yourself better, find your life purpose, live your dream life)
- Weight Loss (without dieting)
- Changing unhelpful thinking and negativity
- Impostor syndrome
- Stage Fright
- Imposter Syndrome
- Dealing with difficult relationships
The session will be online via Zoom.
