1 hour of 1:1 standard coaching session online

For standard coaching, a minimum of 4 sessions is advised. During these sessions, we work on learning research-based strategies to induce psychological and behavioral changes that will help you to succeed in a certain situation or area of life.

Topics that can be treated during this type of session include (but are not limited to):

  • Anxiety and Worry
  • Increasing Self-Esteem and Self-Confidence
  • Managing Difficult Emotions
  • Personal Growth (know yourself better, find your life purpose, live your dream life)
  • Weight Loss (without dieting)
  • Changing unhelpful thinking and negativity
  • Impostor syndrome
  • Assertiveness
  • Rumination
  • Stage Fright
  • Avoidance
  • Imposter Syndrome
  • Procrastination
  • Dealing with difficult relationships

The session will be online via Zoom.
