During this course, we will get familiar with the different aspects surrounding self-esteem in order to gain insight about how they affect our daily life and we will learn a collection of tools and strategies based on Neuroscience, Mindfulness and Emotional Intelligence to boost our self-esteem and improve our quality of life.
