Each aspect of our lives is influenced by our emotions and the level of presence and awareness we have when they arrive. Living an absentminded life, often we feel challenged by them because we do not understand their nature, which in essence is wisdom. The aim of this workshop is to step out of mindlessness to encounter the wisdom of our emotions and to find out how we can better relate to them.
1. Emotional awareness & mindfulness: knowing and being present
2. Self-compasion, stress and reactivity: working with negativity
3. Emotional consumption: a space for mindful eating*
Max. 25 attendees. No prior meditation experience is required.
The workshop will be 50% theory and 50% practical exercises.
