Session Types

All psychotherapy and coaching sessions are structured, collaborative, and focused on practical change. I am based in Sydney, Australia, and offer both in-person and online sessions. 

1. Extended Session (~ 65 minutes)

Suitable for initial consultations or in-depth work. This session allows time to understand your situation and begin developing a personalised approach.

2. Standard Session (50 minutes)

Suitable for follow-up sessions. These sessions focus on applying and refining strategies based on your needs. Each follow-up session Includes:

  • Psychoeducation
  • Relevant practices or reflections

Languages: English and Español.
