FACT Model – Brief Intervention Sessions (1 – 4 Sessions)
Our FACT (Focused Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) model sessions are designed for individuals with limited time who seek effective, focused strategies to address specific issues.
FACT Sessions (40 minutes):
Brief and Practical: 1 to 4 sessions, each focused on building a specific skill to address a particular challenge.
Flexible: Suitable for busy schedules, with sessions available both in-person and online.

Standard Intervention
These personalized sessions are designed for individuals who require comprehensive care and support, particularly when dealing with complex issues such as persistent stress-related conditions that have not been adequately managed, anxiety, chronic pain, or long-term personal growth. This approach is ideal for those who benefit from sustained engagement to achieve meaningful and lasting progress.
Initial Session (60+ minutes)
During this session, I take the time to understand your needs and gather information to create and suggest a personalized plan.
Continuation of your personalized plan with ongoing adjustments to ensure you stay on track.
Each Follow-Up Standard Session Includes:
Psychoeducation
Tailored activities
Pre-session review to maximize session productivity
About Preparation Time: Before each session, I review your completed weekly activities and journal entries to plan suggestions and focus our time together. If exercises aren’t working as expected, I may conduct additional research to refine our approach and explore new strategies to support your progress. This process helps make our sessions productive and aligned with your changing needs.
