Compassionate Self Forgiveness

Falling in a circle of guilt and self-blame brings a lot of suffering, but we can always put a stop to it, when we decide to give ourselves a break from those painful emotions and decide to open our hearts to Self-Forgiveness.

The aim of this exercise is to practice opening some inner space, where you become more receptive to the idea that making mistakes is part of your human nature so you can approach your guilt with less judgment and resistance. Remember that every healing process needs time and commitment, therefore, repetition is key: the more you work on it, the better it will get.
