Forgiving myself

John O’Donohue said: “It is such a great moment of liberation when you learn to forgive yourself, let the burden go, and walk out into a new path of promise and possibility”. However, being able to reach the point of self-forgiveness can be a huge challenge.

 

The aim of this meditation is to work on the cycle of self-forgiveness by getting to know our pain, so that we can start the healing process approaching it with understanding and compassion
