Handling our reactivity during difficult situations

Viktor E. Frankl wrote that famous phrase: “Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.” However, that space sometimes seems so short, that more often than not we respond in ways we later regret.

The aim of this mini-meditation is to help us deal with our reactivity during difficult situations, using our breath and compassionate inner talk. Remember that practice is important, don’t give up if this does not work the first times, with perseverance you will be able to catch that space on time.
