Reflection: The language of my soul

During stressful times, some of us may experience difficult emotions that seem hard to regulate. However, if you have the courage to connect with your inner being, you may realize that you actually know what you need to do to feel better.

The aim of this reflection is to open a space to connect with your soul so you can listen to her/his needs and learn what you can do to comfort yourself.
