When I take care of myself I feel guilty

During this meditation, we will come into contact with the guilt we feel when we want to take care of ourselves but don’t because we prioritize others.

The best antidote to deal with it is self-compassion.

This is part of the talk with the same name (you can find it here) It will last around 10 min, but feel free to stay longer if you wish to do so.
