Lectures & Seminars
I offer seminars and workshops on “Neuroscience and mental health”, “Emotional Education”, “Emotional Intelligence”, “Healthy Life-Style Practices” and “Applied Mindfulness and Self-Compassion” to groups, schools, and companies interested in increasing the psychological and general well-being of their members. They consist of a short but fun “psychoeducation” section and easy-to-learn techniques to develop the necessary skills to reduce stress levels, regulate difficult emotions and do what matters (values-based actions). All of them contain useful strategies to promote mental, emotional and general well-being.
