To improve your confidence, you need to actively nurture your healthy self-esteem, meaning that, it is imperative to go beyond thoughts and wishes, and go into action, but not any action and definitely not the old ones.
To succeed in this matter, you need to learn new strategies that are effective and will take you there “where you want to go”.

This workshop includes, theory, paper and pencil exercises and practices based on mindfulness and self-compassion.

About the Teacher
Dr. Olga-Lucia Gamboa-Arana, is a Cognitive Neuroscientist with more than a decade of expertise in the field of brain plasticity and Neuromodulation and a Specialisation in Emotional Intelligence and Stress Management. She is a certified teacher of the Mindfulness-based Eating Awareness Training program (MB-EAT) and a qualified teacher of mindfulness and self-compassion and currently is finalizing her master’s in Psychopathology, Clinical Intervention, and Health. She works part-time as a Researcher at the University of Sydney and in her private practice as an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy/Life coach.
Olga-Lucia created and taught for the first time in 2016 her six weeks program for the development of healthy self-esteem based on emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and self-compassion. Since then, she has developed many more programs to support people’s wellbeing.
