SUMMARY:Unconditional Self-Acceptance Meditation Series — Releasing Self-Blame
DESCRIPTION:This series part of Midweek Meditation and Talks\,  focuses on how we relate to ourselves in the presence of self-criticism\, doubt\, and difficult internal experiences. The aim is not to remove self-judgment\, but to change how you respond to it during practice. \n  \nSession 2: Releasing Self-Blame\nBlaming ourselves for everything bad that happens to us is a major obstacle to accepting ourselves\, as it reinforces negative views and makes it more difficult to relate to ourselves in a balanced way. \nThis session is dedicated to the painful process of self-blame. \nNext Session Themes\n\nSession 3: Honouring the Body\nSession 4: Recognising Strengths\n\n  \nSessions run with a minimum of 5 participants. Confirmation will be sent in advance.

DESCRIPTION:This series part of Midweek Meditation and Talks\,  focuses on how we relate to ourselves in the presence of self-criticism\, doubt\, and difficult internal experiences. The aim is not to remove self-judgment\, but to change how you respond to it during practice. \n  \nSession 3: Honouring the Body\nAt times\, our relationship with our body can feel “tense” because we want it to be different—thinner\, taller\, younger\, or something else. There is always something. \nIn this struggle\, we often forget that\, through this body\, we experience love\, laughter\, and the world around us. \nThis session is an opportunity to honour the body. \nNext Session Themes\n\nSession 4: Recognising Strengths\n\n  \nSessions run with a minimum of 5 participants. Confirmation will be sent in advance.

SUMMARY:Seminar: Insomnia\, Stress and Running a Small Business
DESCRIPTION:Do insomnia\, stress and running a business go hand in hand? \nBeing a business owner requires responsibility\, adaptability\, creativity\, sound decision-making and the energy to keep going\, often in the face of considerable uncertainty. Long or irregular working hours\, financial concerns and the pressure to keep performing can make it difficult to switch off at the end of the day. \nWhen demands increase\, we tend to sacrifice sleep to keep up with everything that needs to be done. And even when we are exhausted and want to sleep\, sometimes we simply cannot. \nThis creates a frustrating paradox: the more we need sleep\, the harder it can become to get it. \nSleep supports attention\, emotional regulation and decision-making — capacities that business owners rely on every day. So why are we not more proactive about protecting and improving our sleep? \nThis evidence-informed seminar explores the science of insomnia and introduces practical\, evidence-based strategies — from what we eat and drink to what we do — to support healthier sleep.
