Artists often face the challenge of finding stability when trying to navigate the ups and downs of a creative life. Our 4-week program equips you with compassion-based mindfulness techniques, fostering steadiness in uncertain times.

Discover how to infuse your daily routine with moments of mindfulness, enhancing clarity and tranquility.

Part 1: Foundations of Mindfulness

  • Week 1: “Savor” – Transform your meals into a practice of presence, appreciating flavors and textures with mindfulness.
  • Week 2: “Perceive” – Heighten your awareness of the world around you, enriching your perception through mindful observation of sight and sound.
  • Week 3: “Move” – Discover the harmony of mindful movement, bringing attention and intention to every motion, enhancing fluidity and grace.
  • Week 4: “Touch” – Explore the grounding power of touch, using mindfulness to cultivate a deeper connection with yourself and your surroundings.

This program is designed not as a means of avoiding your everyday life, but as a method of seamlessly incorporating mindfulness into it. Its purpose is to utilize ordinary moments to ground you, providing a sense of empowerment and serenity that enhances your creativity.

Outcomes: In four weeks, gain:

Facilitator: Dr. Olga-Lucia Gamboa Arana, a cognitive neuroscientist and mindfulness researcher, brings evidence-based practices that enhance wellbeing. Her expertise in Psychopathology, Emotional Education, and Stress Management, combined with her role as a certified mindfulness teacher, offers a unique blend of science and practical wisdom.
