Self Compassion: The Art of Mindfully Loving My Self

Self-Compassion is a beautiful and very important human quality that can lead to drastic
positive changes in our lives if we decide to cultivate it and nurture it.
And although this may seem like an optional thing to do, the truth is that without self-
compassion we will not be able to make improvements in our lives: It is a requirement to
enhance our well-being, to be peaceful and happy. But, what is exactly self-compassion and
why it is so powerful?
We will talk about this very important topic during this meeting.
