Each aspect of our lives is influenced by our emotions. They underlie what we learn, what we pay attention to, how we solve problems, how we express ourselves or the way we develop and maintain our relationships.
Often we feel challenged by them because we do not understand their nature, which in essence is wisdom. This is what this workshop is about, the wisdom of our emotions and how we can relate better to them. The quality of this relationship will determine the quality of our life.
1. About our emotions and their wisdom

- Why do we struggle with our emotions?
- Positive emotions good , negative emotions bad?
2. Emotional intelligence and mindfulness: reconnecting with our emotions.
The workshop will be 50% theory and 50% practical exercises.
