All our psychotherapy and coaching sessions are designed to be open, direct, and collaborative, offering practical tools and skills to help you understand and manage your specific challenges effectivey.
I am based in Sydney, Australia, and offer both in-person and online sessions to accommodate your needs.

Standard Intervention
These personalized sessions are designed for individuals who require comprehensive care and support, particularly when dealing with complex issues such as persistent stress-related conditions that have not been adequately managed, anxiety, chronic pain, or long-term personal growth. This approach is ideal for those who benefit from sustained engagement to achieve meaningful and lasting progress.
Extended Session (~ 75 minutes):
Suitable for initial assessments or in-depth consultations. During this session, I take the time to understand your needs and gather information to create and suggest a personalized plan.
You will also learn a practical strategy that we can begin implementing right away, setting the foundation for our ongoing work together.
Standard Session (~ 50 minutes):
Suitable for follow-up sessions. During these sessions we cover your personalized plan, with ongoing adjustments to ensure you stay on track according to your evolving needs.
Each Standard Session Includes:
