Join us for a weekly mindfulness and self-compassion meditation practice to cultivate presence, kindness, and clarity, whether you are new to meditation or returning after some time away. Each week introduces a theme that explores how mindfulness and self-compassion can be lived in daily life.

 

The intention is to support the integration of both mindfulness and self-compassion,
so they become guiding qualities in how we think, feel, and respond.
