During this week, you will practice mindful listening. This exercise as any other it is better done in the mornings, after you wake up. This has two advantages:
It helps you to set the mood of the day: more present and positive, as you are starting the day with a self-care practice.
It will help you to do avoid skipping your daily practice, since it can get lost due to your busy schedule.
Ps: You can do this practice the whole week or you can alternate it with mindful breathing.
Practice for 6 days and rest one, or from Monday to Friday and rest the weekend. Resting does not mean not to practice mindfulness but to use those day to explore other ways to be mindful in a more creative way.
