Session 8: Mindfulness of the Heart

Loving - kindness Practice (17 min)

 

During our last session we will explore mindfulness of the heart, through the practice of loving – kindness. 

This is an advanced, powerful execise! Research has shown that the daily practice of loving – kindness and self – compassion increases positive emotions, reduce stress and improve mood, among many other benefits.

Ps: Dedicate this week only to this exercise and pay attention to what effect it has on you. Remember mornings are preferred to help you keep the flow of the program. 

Practice for 6 days and rest one, or from Monday to Friday and rest the weekend. Resting does not mean not to practice mindfulness but to use those day to explore other ways to be mindful in a more creative way.
