Managing Stress: Letting Be & Letting Go

Being able to relax when under stress (whatever your expression of stress is) is an important skill to protect your health & wellbeing.
During this session, we will work on our negative states, using a Sophrology-like exercise, combining body tension/relaxation, breathing & visualization.
