This 6-week meditation program is designed to help you reconnect with nature, increase wellbeing and restore balance through the practice of mindfulness and the five natural elements.
Each session offers a combination of theory and practical exercises to help you reduce stress, improve emotional regulation, and enhance your overall wellbeing. Suitable for all levels, the program is held weekly on Zoom and provides valuable tools for deepening your meditation practice and achieving greater inner harmony.
Program Details:
This program runs weekly every Monday at 6:00 PM (via Zoom). Each session lasts 75 minutes, including theory and practice.
