Midweek Meditation and Talks: Understanding Self-Esteem

“Love yourself.” “Believe in yourself.”
These are phrases we often hear as solutions to low self-esteem.

While well intentioned, they tend to oversimplify a more complex process.

Low self-esteem is not simply about failing to think positively about ourselves. It is influenced by how we pay attention, how we interpret our experiences, and how we relate to our own thoughts and feelings.

In this talk, we will look at what is really going on when self-esteem is low, and why many common approaches to “boosting” it do not lead to lasting change.

The aim is to develop a clearer understanding of these patterns and how they can be approached differently.

Sessions run with a minimum of 5 participants. Confirmation will be sent in advance.
