Self-compassion is a fundamental human capacity that can lead to meaningful changes in how we relate to ourselves and our lives when it is intentionally cultivated.
It is often misunderstood and seen as optional; however, it plays an important role in wellbeing and in our ability to make sustained changes over time.
But what is self-compassion, exactly? And why does it have such a strong impact?
In this self-compassion mini-workshop we will explore these questions and clarify key aspects of self-compassion so it can be understood more clearly and applied in a practical way in everyday life.
