Resilience Training

Builds the capacity to manage ongoing stress, adapt to challenges, and sustain performance over time.

Resilience is the capacity to adapt effectively in the face of stress, challenge, and change, while maintaining psychological and functional stability.

This program focuses on the processes that underpin resilience, including recovery, adaptability, and sustained functioning. It is designed to support burnout prevention, improve response to ongoing demands, and maintain performance over time rather than short-term coping alone.

Format: Typically delivered over 8 sessions (60–90 minutes each)

Emotional Intelligence Training

Develops self-awareness, emotional regulation, empathy, and communication for effective leadership.

Emotional intelligence refers to the capacity to accurately perceive, understand, and regulate emotions in oneself and others.

This program targets the psychological processes underlying effective emotional functioning, including awareness of internal states, regulation under pressure, and accurate interpretation of others’ responses. Mindfulness Training
