Nature is our mother and our first home, when we get in touch with it the process of healing starts because our most primal instincts, our body, mind, and soul find refuge and get nurtured in its vast power and wisdom.
This practice will last around 15 minutes, but feel free to make it longer if it feels good for you. The aim of this exercise is to help us reconnect with ourselves, finding refuge in Mother Nature during those days in which we feel that nothing works for us.
