This series part of Midweek Meditation and Talks,  focuses on how we relate to ourselves in the presence of self-criticism, doubt, and difficult internal experiences. The aim is not to remove self-judgment, but to change how you respond to it during practice.

 

Session 4: Recognising Strengths

We have many things to offer to ourselves and others. We are full of valuable qualities that can become less visible when we focus on negative views of ourselves.

This session is dedicated to bringing attention to these strengths.
