This series part of Midweek Meditation and Talks, focuses on how we relate to ourselves in the presence of self-criticism, doubt, and difficult internal experiences. The aim is not to remove self-judgment, but to change how you respond to it during practice.
Session 3: Honouring the Body
At times, our relationship with our body can feel “tense” because we want it to be different—thinner, taller, younger, or something else. There is always something.
In this struggle, we often forget that, through this body, we experience love, laughter, and the world around us.
This session is an opportunity to honour the body.
