Many scientific studies have shown that the practice of mindfulness reduces our stress levels, improves attention, increases mental flexibility, and improves task performance, among many other things.
Crucially, positive changes start to happen when we go beyond our meditation cushion and integrate the practice of mindfulness into our daily life.
During this intensive course, we will explore the theoretical and practical bases of mindfulness focusing on how they can be applied to nurture different aspects of our general (psychological and physical) well-being.
