Belly Dancing for Wellness

During this fun and mindful weekly classes, you will learn the beautiful art of Oriental Dance (aka Bellydance).
These classes are oriented to wellness and not to fitness because we will be adding mindfulness to our dance practice: in this way relaxing our mind will further increase the well-known benefits of dancing.
Aligning your mind, heart and body will help you to increase your body awareness and in this way you can better integrate what you are learning during each session.
This workshop runs over 10 sessions on Mondays at the same time every week.
