This series part of Midweek Meditation and Talks,  focuses on how we relate to ourselves in the presence of self-criticism, doubt, and difficult internal experiences. The aim is not to remove self-judgment, but to change how you respond to it during practice.

 

Session 2: Releasing Self-Blame

Blaming ourselves for everything bad that happens to us is a major obstacle to accepting ourselves, as it reinforces negative views and makes it more difficult to relate to ourselves in a balanced way.

This session is dedicated to the painful process of self-blame.
