Opening the heart to Self- Compassion: Waking up my mindful self

Awareness is necessary to be able to develop our self-compassion. We need to have the capacity to connect with the present moment, with what is happening around us and inside ourselves because this is the only way we will be able to adequately address our needs and our wants and this is the only way we can develop real self-compassion.
During this session we start from the basis, our breath as this is an important door to getting close to ourselves. We will do a short talk to explain some concepts and then a meditation practice.
Keep paper and paper handy to write down your home assignment.
